Yoga
45 poses from her Instagram, 2013 to 2026,
with the date and place of each.
Her practice
The oldest yoga photo on her feed is a tree pose at the Grand Canyon in June 2013. She began a daily practice at home during the 2020 lockdown and taught herself the arm balances and inversions: a crow in May 2020 that she could hold for four seconds, a handstand a week later, a scorpion in February 2021 and a firefly the month after.
Since then she has practised wherever she travels. In March 2023 she spent a week at the Isha centre in Coimbatore and posted one pose a day in front of the Adiyogi statue. In April 2023 she meditated on the Everest Base Camp trek and did a tree pose at Kala Patthar, 5,535 metres up. In January 2025 she sat in lotus in a boat at the Maha Kumbh.
Every picture on this page is from her own Instagram, with the date, the place and a line from what she wrote at the time.
